![]() ![]() When I outlined who I had spoken to the day before and the time I'd spoken with them all I received was a flippant "well I don't know, it's not here". We made wheelchair reservations with the concierge by phone well in advance of our arrival and confirmed the day before we arrived only to have them "unknown" to the concierge when we arrived. When asked where specifically at Bally's they could catch the monorail the young man behind the desk "huffed" and replied "I told you at Bally's. I actually got to watch a member of their staff demean a senior couple that wanted some information about using the monorail by telling them it was available at Bally's. The staff is flippant, lacks knowledge of anything that isn't specifically Paris Las Vegas related (including other Caesar's properties sadly) and are generally rude. ![]() While Paris Las Vegas itself is always a pleasure, the concierge services are a best demeaning and useless. ![]()
